  - You able to change your shipping/billing information. or password from Address > Editing on the My Account page.

What should I do if I want to cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership or close your account, please contact Arcana directly, we process your request.

Subscription, What can I do if I apply for membership?

- Able to order/consign goods on Arcana website

- Have the right to receive a discount coupon for members only

- Can register and fill in contact information or delivery address

If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be because your Spam Email Settings, Junk Email Filter or Email may be in the Promotion Tap section, please check again and please reset your email settings.
